Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via e-mail.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product as long as product is in its own, unopened packaging. Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, I select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
If an item is damaged in shipping I will make every effort to replace it. My goal is to satisfy customers so if there are any issues with your purchase please contact me via e-mail and we can discuss your options. email@example.com.
